adult christmas

as some of you know, i had a visitor last weekend. one of those friends that you consider family. we had a blast at hillside, along with a few side visits to antique malls, farms and eateries.

as usual, she came with a little bag of treasures from red ticking..and boy was she kind this year. i must have done something right this year :).

this handmade mermaid will have a good life and always carry the memories of december 2011 and she might even get a new blouse for christmas this year.

you too can find this great treasure at red ticking...hurry, time is running out.

more weekend photo's to follow soon.

Ahaha...I saw these little ladies at the Ticking the other day...so fun that you have one...I bet she'd appreciate a little blouse, or maybe just even a clam shell bikini top, although that wouldn't be much warmer.
Loved the story and pics about b-mo's transformation to a lovebug...it's a Christmas miracle!

ivy lane -

she is a cutie pie and she even has a sailor boyfriend with an anchor tattoo.

more importantly, i am thinking of you during this time of loss. i will always think of the photo on your blog of your father walking down the road with the lush tree's and green everywhere.

just think...you have another angel watching over you and protecting you.

all my affection to you.

comeca- she is perfectly imperfect...meaning perfect. :)

24 - you saw them too...did you get one? just think, it would be like seeing the same moon in the sky..just different cities. we would have the same ornament from the same great gal. she does need some coverage since there is a chill. ha, ha.
yes, it was a real christmas miracle to have the snuggles with bmo. he is a character and it has taken 5 years for this moment.

perfect gray - you can hang around whenever you want. :) i commented on your hillside post....:)

No B, alas...the little lady did not make it to 24C. Pam did graciously gift me with two beautiful glass deer/elk/reindeer (that's the one I'm going with!) heads though (she let me pick out what ever I fancied..,amazing!), and they just kept calling to me. I wouldn't allow Mr. 24 to put up his enormous deer head (Limpy) when we moved in (it's in his office now where he belongs....sounds kinda mean doesn't it, but Limpy was HUGE!) so I thought these two heads might make up for it...he liked them and they are gracing our fireplace and tree now. I hope to get pics up soon.
Hi to B-mo...tell him I'm very proud of him...he made Pam so happy.

Love the treasures from the Ticking. When will there be a B-Mo ornament? I would want one for sure!
