one of these is NOT like the others

....so, some may say crumb or crimeny...i'm saying crap. (sorry to offend) but i am telling you....i am the worst blogger ever. (crap, i've been surrounded by drama lately and i am feeling a bit dramatic i guess) ;)

i find myself searching for inspiration most days...and mostly at the very end of the day...and lately there has been "not a one" that caught my attention. maybe my attention span is failing me?

so, i was thinking about starting a monday routine on brock street, but do not want to set myself up for failing...so i am going to see how many mondays in a row i can post, so i can test myself and see if i will really stick to my guns.

this post is a hint at what my plans are....

AND..i really do love each of these images. each bringing its own energy to each space and the all work for me: handsome chic, primitive and industrial, less is more and a poached pup.

most photo's from bam bam

Your blog is a joy to peruse as you discover and share the beauty around you. We delight in seeing each new pearl you pluck to share.

Don't be so hard on yourself, dear friend. You have worked yourself silly on your treeside retreat - it's time for you to sit a spell and soak in the peaceful beauty around you....

...and remember that you are loved...

Oh B...I think all bloggers feel like this at one time or another...if not more, I know I do...it's a struggle sometimes (okay, a lot of times!). Business+drama+just plain old life can take it's tole on inspiration and creativity like nothing else, you just have to hang on and grab those fleating little morsels when they show up, which you always do beautifully - with a cherry on top! I've felt in that 'hole' myself lately too...maybe it's the time of year, or the crazy weather, or just all the yuckiness happening in the world that puts a damper on it all. At least you have B-MO's belly to rub and Hillside to be so proud of (among other things)...so hang in there dear friend...and rub that belly (if he'll let you) the inspiration will come, eventually!
Hugs from Seattle...
xoxo J~

(Best on your Monday routine...I've thought about doing a Friday one but have the same concerns...I'm thinking special treats after each post might help! ;)
