horses, horns and primative side board

oh, and hats always makes a good impression. not to be so cliche as all of these objects have had their moments of fame, but i stay loyal to each of them.

i know this room has a real feminine note, but a guy can appreciate it too and something about this space combines a real old world meets modern sensibility. is it the lamp??

I just found you via Red Ticking..one of my favorite blogs! You are right...all the items in the image you post have had their "moment"... I personally did not like the horn phase...but could see a zebra floor covering here...with some ikat prints on the cushions..perhaps on the pillows..think that would "man" it up a bit... Love your blog..hope you'll stop by mine .....

Love it. It is the lamp and the horse picture... simple, clean lined and modern with the wonderful rustic quality of everything else.
